With over 20 unique blending/mixing tanks, including multiple high shear blending turbines with patented technology, Chemjet blends both dry and liquid products with a wide range of viscosities, as well as alkaline, neutral or acidic powdered products. The facility is complete with a large 210 °F heat room for high molecular weight intermediates that need heating prior to blending and or dilution.

Every batch of Chemjet product is tested in our quality control laboratories for relevant physical, chemical and functional properties. We constantly monitor the blending, reaction, filling, weighing, sealing, labeling, and loading processes to insure the integrity and final appearance of your product.

CUSTOM BLENDING

Our experienced technicians can cost effectively modify existing products or design entirely new applications (Custom Blending). If we can’t find the solution you need, then it doesn’t exist.
